How To Carry E-Bike While Towing a Travel Trailer

Question:

I have 2 ev bikes that with batteries removed weigh 45lbs per. I’m thinking of risking the additional 10lbs. I have a R-Pod 171 any my only other solution would be the back 1.25 hitch receiver which has a 150lb limit. Are there any options that would increase the current 80 lb limit to maybe 100lbs. It would make me feel better.

I do have an option but e-bikes cannot be carried on travel trailers because none of the bike rack rated for use on a travel trailers are e-bike compatible. Therefore, the only option we can offer is an adapter that allows you to carry the bikes between the vehicle and trailer, the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount part # D210 is a great possible solution.

In regards to the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers part # LC429756, the weight capacity is 80 lbs and I cannot recommend you exceed this.
