Will Replacing Lippert 1621 Pin Box Lower Nose of Trailer

Question:

My 5th wheel has a lippert 1621 standard run of the mill solid pin box, my old 16k slider got bent due to weight so I replaced my hitch with the bandw patriot from you guys. No my camper sits very high in the front vs the old hitch even with the hitch on the lowest settings. Do they sell a king pin box thats more level instead of ped for a lippert 1621?

I do have several replacement options for a Lippert 1621 Pin Box like the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC328492 which has built-in cushioning. That said, the pin boxes are all designed to mirror the overall dimensions of the one it replaces. Therefore, a new pin box would not drop the nose of the trailer. The only option you really have assuming all adjustments have been made to the hitch/pin box is to raise the trailer and for this I recommend the Tandem Axle Lift Kit part # RR23QX.
