I have a solution for you, but the Yakima Little Joe is not designed to fit on your 2018 Kia Soul. Instead, I recommend that you use the Yakima HangOut 3 # Y02638, which is a quality rack at a nice price point that allows you to carry up to 3 bikes. The HangOut has easily adjustable arms, so it's a breeze to get your bikes mounted properly, and the coated hooks and foam pads help ensure that your vehicle isn't damaged during use.
If you're going to be carrying bikes with an aggressive frame step through, like a women's bike or any kids bikes, you'll need to use frame adapters like the Saris Bike Beam Adapter Bar # SA3040 to keep the bikes level on the rack. I also recommend adding a cable lock like the Saris # SA981, for added security.
