Why Would Flex Air Pin Box Replacement Seem to Sit Lower than Pin Box it Replaced

Question:

I replaced my 1621HD with a L05 Flex Air 18K Part #328492 on my Momentum 351M after speaking with one of the sales rep from Lippert, after reading some of the questions now i have concerns if this was the right pin box. Should i be concerned? Also the pin height between my 1621HD and the new L05 is different, the L05 sits about 3inch lower than the other one after install and im at the highest i can get with the bolt holes

The Flex Air part # LC328492 is the correct cushioned replacement for the 1621HD pin box your Momentum 351M had. Did you inflate the air bag to the correct pressure? It sounds like you maybe haven't done that yet and that's why it's not sitting level enough.
