Is the Brake Controller Wiring Adapter for the 2009 F-150 the Same as the 2008?

Question:

I was wondering if the Tekonsha Prodigy connector for the 05-08 F150 will work in the 09s. Ive got it installed in my 2006, and am trading it in on a 2009. Do you know if I must buy a connector specifically for the 09 or can I reuse the one Ive got. Thanks for your time and consideration.

The 2009 Ford F150 uses a different Brake Controller Wiring Adapter than the 2005-2008 models. For the 2009 model, you'll need the part number 22292. You can see this part by clicking on the link found below.
