We can get your 2014 Chrysler Town and Country set up for towing, starting with the trailer hitch receiver, and for that I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854.
This hitch is the best option for your '14 Town and Country because it has the best bumper clearance for your ball mount so you don't have to use the harder to find extra-long mounts, and because this hitch has a nice matte black finish which helps hide the scratches and dings compared to the glossy finish of other hitches. I have added a photo as well as a link to a video install on a 2014 Town and Country for you to check out of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854.
For the wiring harness I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331.
I have added a link to a video install for you to check out as well.
