Hitch Bike Rack Recommendation for Road Bikes on a 2020 Hyundai Tucson

Question:

Im looking for a platform 2 bike rack for my 2020 Tucson with a 1 1/4 inch hitch. The bikes are 35 lbs each road bikes. I dont care about tilting but would like it to fold against car when not in use and Iocking mechanisms would be a plus. I would like to stay under $500. I found a couple but want your input.
