Rear RV Bumper Mounted 4 Bike Rack Compatibility with 4 Inch Square Bumper

Question:

Looking at the Swagman 4 bike bumper mounted rack. I have a 4 in by 4 in bumper non aluminum. I have a fold down carrier that folds down and sits on the bumper. I can easily remove this to reduce weight The bumper is mounted to the frame on both sides with 2 steel supports on each side and are welded across both on top and bottom. I believe the told me I could carry 200 pounds on my steel rack. Would this carrier work for me?
