Does Hollywood Racks Bike Adapter Bar HRBA-PRO Fit 17.5 and 22 inch Seat Post to Handlebar Bikes

Question:

I am interested in buying the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter HRBA-PRO. I was on the phone with Hollywood Racks who informed me that your description of the minimum length of the adapter is not over 15. I have two bikes for this adapter I want to purchase. My wifes bike measures 22 from outside of seatpost to outside of handlebar stem. My sons bike measures 17.5 from outside of seatpost to outside of handlebar stem. Can you verify for me whether the Hollywood Rocks adapter will indeed fit both these bikes on my Yakima RidgeBack 5 hitch? And, if I purchase the product and indeed it does not fit a bike, what is your return policy/process?

Since the opening of the bike frame adapters like the # HRBA-PRO is a bit wider it can be challenging to get an exact measurement for the minimum but we do know that it will fit the two dimensions you have that are 17.5 inches and 28-13/16 inches.

This will work great on your Yakima RidgeBack 5 bike rack as well.
