There are several different Curt gooseneck hitch options for a 2006 Ford F-350, the Quick Goose part # C640-644, the Double Lock part # C60720, the Folding Ball part # C61332-52, and the EZr part # C60685. If you have the EZr you can use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # C16220 or if you have the Double Lock you can use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # C16210 but these are the only two options you have to use a fifth wheel hitch on a truck with Curt gooseneck hitch. If you have one of the others you would not be able to use a fifth wheel hitch without removing the gooseneck hitch.
