Correct Steering Stabilizer for my 2015 Ford F-53 Chassis
Question:
How important is it to get the steering stabilizer that matches your GVWR? I found two different GVWR one at 14,000 and one at 16,000.

It is not as important for the steering stabilizers as it is for the sway bars. The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RBK22-RSSA is a confirmed fit for the 15,700 lb through the 26,000 lb GVWR Ford F-53 Chassis. With that said this will be the correct one for your motor home.
For future reference I would use the 16,000 lbs. GVWR as your base. The 14,000 lbs. is likely from before the body was added.
