Replacement 1,200 Lb Snap-Ring Jack for Trailer

Question:

I am replacing the jack on my boat trailer that has a 2 1/2 inch snap ring swivel mount. It appears this Fulton 1,200 lb. will fit right on that snap ring. Do you have a higher capacity Fulton available that will also go on this 2 1/2 inch snap ring? Right now I have a worn out 1,200 lb. jack and Id like to replace it with a higher capacity jack, 1,500 lb or more. Is a stronger one available for this snap ring so I dont have to do welding on my trailer frame? Thanks.

The Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jacks like part # FTJ120W0301 all max out at 1,200 lbs. It does use a 2-1/2" snap ring mount so if you have a Fulton mount on the trailer this will be a direct replacement. It does come with the mounting bracket as well but this would not be needed if you already have Fulton mount.

For a higher rated option you'd have to go with a bolt-on, the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack part # FXP15L.
