Is a Charge Regulator Needed for the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger
Question:
Do I need a regulator so my battery does not Cook? I want to plug into the pre-wired Solar Ready on my 2015 Coachman Clipper Ultra-lite 17FG, where the nit cna sit for a month or two at a time?

I have spoken with Performance Tool in the past and they have stated that the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger part # PTW2997 does not require any sort of charge regulator so you will be fine to leave it plugged in.
