Can Curt Echo Brake Controller Install on Truck that Has Hardwired Brake Controller
Question:
Will I have to take my old brake controller off, or will it still work if I put my hardwired brake controller on with it? Just put the hardwired one on light brake?

If you install the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 on a truck that has a brake controller installed already it would override it. You wouldn't have to do anything but the hardwired controller would show no trailer connected.
