Which Curt RV Multi-Fit Hitch for RV with 66-1/2 inches Between Frame Rails

Question:

In your answer in the question What is the difference between Curt 13703 and Curt 13704, you state that the 13704 is for frames up to 68 1/2, However in the description it states 66. I have an I beam frame that is 66 1/2inch from inside to inside of the bottom lip. Will the 13704 work on my application as i would like to have the higher load capacity?

In the description of the Curt hitch part # C13704 we have the overall width of the hitch listed as 68-1/2 inches and the max frame width it can fit as 66 inches. Keep in mind that the frame width dimensions for the hitches we offer is measured from outside to outside of the frame rails so your measuring inside to inside 66-1/2 inch would not even be close to use with this unfortunately. So you'd be best off with the # 13703 although it does have the lower capacity.
