High Low Adapter for Flat Towing Setup that Needs 3 inch Rise

Question:

Looking for a high/low hitch adapter for a standard 2 hitch. Are they made in just 2 increments or is a 3 /rise available. If 4 is the closest, need your recommendation on Blue Ox or Roadmaster

There is a safe range of level for tow bars which is 3 inches up or down from perfectly level. That said we have a 3 inch rise/drop adapter with part # BX88235 which would work great for you.
