Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack or Hollywood Racks Trail Rider for 2017 Subaru Crosstrek

hi. Im looking for a bike rack for my daughter. She has a 2017 subaru crosstrek. I want it to be as easy as possible for her. After looking at your site I like the swagman xtc2 hitch rack because it looks easy but wanted to ask what you all think?

The Swagman XTC2 part # S64670 is a solid bike rack but the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z is what I would recommend over it as the price and type is pretty similar but the rack is much more solid in the hitch it's installed in. I attached a review video for more info on this rack as well as a test course video that shows how stable it is when in use.
