The difference between the Pro Sereis # PS30133 and the # PS30121 is that the PS30133 includes the rail kit. They are going to be the exact same hitch but the difference in price is that a basic mounting rail kit is included. If you wanted a custom installation kit for your 2014 Ram 3500 that will install with minimal drilling you'll want to use the Reese # RP50085-58, which will also put industry standard rails in your truck bed that allow you to mount a 5th wheel hitch.
