Where is the 5 gallon air tank with feet F9248 manufactured and is it coated inside and out?

I reached out to the manufacturer, who told me the Firestone Air Tank, 5 Gallon - (6) 1/2 NPT Ports, (1) 1/4 NPT Port # F9248 is enamel-coated both on the inside as well as the outside.

They also said that the 5-Gallon Air Tank # F9248 is manufactured in the USA.
