Is this 1 piston or both? does it include the seals and duct cover? Thanks

The Dexter Disc Brake Caliper Piston you mentioned, part # BP18-065 is sold individually.
The seals and dust cover are available in the rebuild kit, part # BP18-075. You would need one kit per piston.
