The Furrion # FCR43ACA-BL has 4.0 cu/ft of storage space in it, so you'll probably be about to store roughly 2-3 gallons of milk in it. The shelves can be rearranged to allow for the maximum customization in how you need to store things, so it really just depends on how you arrange them.

You may be better off going with something like the Everchill Rv Wine Cooler # 324-000113 which has 4.6 cu/ft of storage and adjustable shelves. The difference here is that it doesn't waste storage space with a fruit/veggie drawer and door storage- so it's going to provide you with more storage space for milk jugs. If I had to guess you'd likely be able to store twice as many gallons of milk in this compared to the # FCR43ACA-BL, so it's going to be a much better solution without going to a full sized fridge.

Your question is actually a little more in-depth than you think as there are a LOT of variables to consider with the most important being what kind of space you're looking at. Since every trailer is built differently you'll want to compare your available space with the various options we have available (see links). Pretty much any appliance is compatible with a solar system, you just have to make sure that all of your components are getting the correct type of power (AC vs DC). If you don't already have a solar setup then that's a whole nother story as well and I'm linking a helpful article on solar systems that you can check out.
