The Thule T2, # TH9045, is compatible with the Class I Draw-Tite trailer hitch # C11296 on your 2007 Ford Focus Wagon. The hitch has a tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds so you will want to make sure that you stay under that. The bike rack weighs about 50 or so pounds. This leaves you with up to, but not exceeding, 150 pounds of tongue weight. Since the bike rack is only rated for 100 pounds total, you should not have any problems with capacity.
You will want to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on the vehicle out to the distance needed to clear the rear bumper. If this distance is less than 3-1/2 inches, you will not be able to fold the bike rack up while it is on the vehicle. I have included some links on this bike rack for you to view.
