Recommended Weight Distribution System and Drop Shank for Lifted 2016 Ford F-150
Question:
I am looking for a WD Sway control hitch for an F150 with a lift kit. I currently need a hitch with a 6 inch drop for the trailer to be level. Which of your products will accommodate this? Tongue weight is 400 lbs.

Expert Reply:
The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ37061ET along with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Shank part # FA92-02-4315 is what I recommend using with a lifted 2016 Ford F-150. This system in particular is largely considered to be the best system on the market so it will work great to help reduce sag/squat while towing or hauling. Furthermore, the system has integrated sway control as well. The shank will then allow for a level connection as it offers a drop up to 9-3/4".
