I do have a 3 bike trunk mount rack for your 2017 Lexus NX 200t, but the Yakima HangOut unfortunately won't fit.

Instead you can use the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top # HRF2-3 which carries 3 bikes (up to 35 lbs each) and it specially designed to avoid making contact with the spoiler on your vehicle. I've attached a review video for you to check out.

Some additional things you might consider using alongside this includes the Thule Passive Security Strap # TH533, the Cable Lock # e98891, and an Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO if any of your bikes has an alternative or step-thru frame.
