Is A Weight Distribution System Needed for a 2021 Nu Camp T@b 400
Question:
What would I need to help tow with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a factory tow package. 6,200 lbs. towing capable, 620lbs. tongue weight capable with the HD cooling. It has all of the electronic stability and sway control. Will tow a 2021 Nu Camp TAB 400 tear . 183 long, 2,876 dry weight, 3,900 GAWR. tongue weight is 360 with a propane tank in front. The Jeep claims to have a frontal area towing limit of 55 Sq. ft. The TAB 400 is 76 wide X 88 high. So, 66.88. 18 more. I am told it will tow this unit fine but I think it would be better to have a Sway Bar or a weight distribution hitch to tow in the wind or mountain curves. What would you guys recommend? Thanks

For a 2021 Nu Camp T@b 400, I recommend the Husky Center Line Weight Distribution System part # HT32215 because it's an all inclusive unit with the hitch ball already torqued down so you will be ready to roll. The use of a weight distribution system especially one with integrated sway control is never a bad idea. The weight distribution properties are going to help immensely with stopping and the integrated sway control is going to help you feel much more confident while out on the open road and I will say that lighter trailers are usually the ones with sway issues.
