Availability of Hitch Mounted Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier Combination

Question:

It looks like the 2inch pipe goes to the back of the carrier. Can a Bike Carrier go on the back of the unit?

I have a somewhat similar solution I can recommend but the shank of the cargo carrier you referenced does not double as a hitch opening so that a bike rack could also be carried in it. Instead you might be interested in the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider part # HR1450Z-85 which is a bike rack that has a cargo carrier that mounts behind it.
