Gooseneck Hitch for 5th Wheel Rails in 2008 Chevy Silverado
Question:
Hi I have some questions about what type of gooseneck hitch to get? The truck I have now has two rails mounted in the bed but dont know whether to get a play or the spider hitch.

I prefer the Curt Spyder hitch for rails part # 16085. This hitch feels very solid in the bed of the truck and I like how the safety chain loops are included on this hitch.
If your truck doesn't have an in bed 7 way plug, I recommend picking up an in bed 7 way plug part # C56070. This part keeps your wires from hanging out of your truck and makes for an easy hookup when you're towing. This harness is easy to install and will make life a lot easier.
