I am happy to tell you that the Hollywood Racks Destination 4-Bike Rack # HR4000 is absolutely compatible with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 that fits your 2019 Acura MDX.

When we test fit the Curt hitch on a 2019 Acura MDX we found that the clearance from the hitch to the bumper was 3 inches. And since the closest part of the Destination from the hitch is 8 inches when folded down and 6 inches when folded up, you have more than enough clearance to use the rack.
