what can I do about the wire harness 7 way connector holder ?

The Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Twist-Mount 7-Way RV part # HM40920 is designed to use a pre-existing bracket welded to the trailer hitch. You simply insert it into the opening and turn to lock it in place. If this bracket is no longer usable, usually due to rust then you can get a new mount using two parts, part # 18138 and part # C57202. That said, you'd also need a different type of trailer connector the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket part # PK11893.
