Compatibility of Ball Mount and Cargo Carrier

I have a 2017 Hymer van on a 2015 Dodge 2500 Pro-master chassis. I am looking for something to put my generator on but I also want to tow my boat. Is there anyway I can do both with this carrier?

The 23x60 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # CC-100 will not allow you to add a receiver, but there are other options to let you tow your boat with a cargo carrier. The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs # D210 will allow you to both tow and carry a bike rack or cargo carrier if the tongue of your trailer is long enough which a boat trailer likely is. I recommend using a carrier with a rise in the shank like the 24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs # C18152 to give more clearance.
