Comparing Curt Friction Sway Control and Reese Sway Control
Question:
I am trying to choose between your Reese #83660 and Curt #17200 sway control systems. I see the ball mount on the Reese is longer with 6 screws while the Curt is square with 4 screws and comes with a spacer plate, that according to your video may be used to adjust alignment. I am not sure how likely alignment problems are as long as the mounting screws are carefully located. I plan on using your Curt ball mount with sway control tab #D320 in the rise position requiring the sway control be mounted on the drivers side of the trailer. Please advise me on the better option or if there is anything else I should consider. Thanks,
