Can Trailer Lighting That Uses One Power Wire be Replaced with Lights with Two Wires
Question:
I just ordered and received several replacement marker lights for our trailer. The ones that I am replacing are single wire. The ones I received from you are double wire?? What do I do on this

Expert Reply:
Single wire trailer lights ground through the mounting hardware and dual wire assemblies ground through a wire. So what you can do is take the ground wire and attach it to the frame or wrap it around the mounting bolt and you'd be set!
