Are Safety Chains Required when Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer
Question:
I have a BW Companion 5th wheel hitch in a 2017 Chevy 3500HD. Where do i hook the safety chains to?

This may come as a surprise but when you are fifth wheel towing you aren't required by law to use safety chains since there isn't a hitch ball present so because of this fifth wheel hitches do not have a place to attach the chains as well as the trailers do not have them.
