Will the westin grill guard interfere with my bushwacker flares on my 2018 gmc 2500hd denali diesel.

I took a look at the installation instructions for Bushwacker wheel flares that fit your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500HD, and compared them to the installation instructions for the Westin HDX Grille Guard and the two parts do not look as if there is going to be any interference, though of course it's not possible to give you a 100 percent guarantee as we haven't tested this ourselves. I recommend taking a look at the linked installation instructions to verify this for the grill guards that fit your 2018 Sierra 2500:
