We do have 5th wheel base rails and installation brackets that fit your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed, but the part number you mentioned is not a fit. Instead, the correct Curt install kit for your truck is the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # C65KR.
These are a custom fit for your truck, which means you do not have to drill into its frame, which is not only good for your truck but also a serious time-saver.
The other custom option for rail that fit your '20 Silverado 1500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit with Base Rails # RP56015-53.
