Roadmaster 2nd Vehicle Wiring on 2012 GMC Sierra
Question:
Can I use the existing wiring for my brake control to hook up the road master 2nd vehicle kit for even brake I have a 2012 GMC Sierra Do I hook up the green to wire on wiring for brake controller which is green with white strip and Blake to the solid blue which is from wiring for brake controller? I have a brake switch that is not like a regular brake switch with extremely thin wires coming from it Any help would be appreciated thank you

For your 2012 GMC Sierra you can't completely connect the Roadmaster 2nd vehicle kit # RM-98450 or # RM-98400 to the trailer brake controller wiring under the dash . You can get the cold side of the brake light switch at that location which is the factory blue wire with white tracer. It is not recommended to get power or other functions from those wires.
