Axletek Brake Assemblies to Replace Dexter 7k Self Adjusting Trailer Assemblies  

Question:

I want to replace my Dexter 23-459 brake assembly with an Axletek elecric self adjusting brake assembly. I have been told that Axletek B12EA-22 is the replacement I would need. The dealer does not have that one but says that a B12EA-02 would fit, is that correct? I thought that the B12EA-02 was for a 7k lb axle and would be too big for what I need. thanks!

For the left hand Axletek assembly for what you are looking for you'd need our part number # AKEBRK-7L-SA and for the right hand side # AKEBRK-7R-SA.
