Does Hidden Hitch # 60923 Fit 2003 Toyota Echo

Question:

Before I purchase I want to make sure my car has the correct attachment points. Do you have a diagram showing where my holes should be located underneath my car for mounting it. Prior owners have done things to the back of the car I want to make sure this will mount correctly. Thank you
