While something like the Replacement Motor for Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-196308 will likely fit, I don't have a way to look up what you have on your 2001 Jayco Qwest 5th wheel so you'll need to compare your current motor to the specs below.
The Stromberg Carlson motor has a weight capacity of 6,500 lbs and a motor speed of 5,430 rpm, plus I am attaching a dimensional photo that you can check out to compare it to your current motor.
If your current motor doesn't at least match the dimensions then I'll need some photos and info on your current landing gear to look into this further.
