Replacement Control Box for Lippert Series 32 Steps

I am having trouble with my electric steps on my motorhome. I am trying to find a control box #19717. It is on a 34 Fleetwood Southwind. Also found a serial number that is #213273 Series 32

One of two options is likely what you need but you didn't mention the year of your Fleetwood Southwind so I'm not exactly sure which control box is correct. I called Lippert but the numbers you provided didn't help narrow it down like I thought they would.

If your motorhome was built between 1999 and 2005 then you need part # LC379606

If it was built in 2006 or later instead use part # LC379146

It's older than 1999 let me know because we'll need some more specific numbers off of it to determine which control box you have.
