Overall Dimensions of 2 x 10 Floor Vents to Replace Factory Register Vents

Question:

i need to know the dimentions of the 2x10 floor vent outside flange the ones im replacing are 11 7/8 by 4 1/4 need to be atleast that big to cover thr tile could be a little bigger if any ideas

The JR Products Undampered Floor Register - 2" x 10" - Plastic - Black # 37202-29195 is 11-7/8 long by 4-1/4 inches wide. You can see this measurement on the attached video.
