How Does the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension Compare To a Torsion Axle

Question:

I would like a recommendation for horse trailer suspension. I have a two horse bumper pull trailer. It have steel spring suspension and rides a bit or a lot rough. I was planning to replace with rubber torsion suspension but I am intrigued by the Timbren Silent Ride suspension for tandem axle. Which would be a smoother ride? Thanks

The Timbren Silent Ride Suspension like part # TSR14KT01 for example is very similar to a torsion axle in regards to ride quality but it allows you to use an existing leaf spring axle therefore saving money and compatibility issues with hubs/drums and braking assemblies. Furthermore, the progressive aeon rubber used inside the above is going to be a better than the standard rubber used inside a torsion axle so these will ride smoother and last longer.

I have attached a full list of options below but I will need to know the axle type and capacity in order to offer a specific part number.
