Can RockyMounts Bed Rail Bike Carrier # RKY1097 Stay Mounted With Installation of Tonneau Cover

I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and have a tonneau cover. Will this mount be able to stay in the track while the tonneau cover is on the truck?

The RockyMounts Truck Bed Rail Bike Carrier, part # RKY1097, you have referenced, is designed to be installed on the factory-installed deck rail system rails of your 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The square brackets in the mounting hardware of the bike carrier will slide into the channel of the factory deck rail system. Then, the two bolts are inserted through the bracket and tightened down to hold the bracket in place.
If your tonneau cover is installed in the channels of your factory rails, then the bike carrier # RKY1097 would probably get in the way of the tonneau cover installation.
