How does the hyd coupler lock out get its power to not let the brakes work in reverse? Thank you

From the reverse light trailer wiring circuit. The reverse light circuit is commonly found on 5-ways and 7-ways and when the vehicle is put in reverse it activates this circuit and activates the reverse lockout of the coupler.
