The Camco EZ-Lift Weight Distribution System is a basic entry level setup. It will provide support for the tow vehicle but it requires drilling into the trailer frame if you want to take advantage of sway control which I highly recommend and it uses lift chains which are a hassle to deal with. The friction type sway bars also limits the turning radius both while forward and reverse pretty drastically so I don't typically recommend this route. Instead, if the funds are available you'd be much better served with a system that that has integrated sway control, the Husky Center Line Weight Distribution part # HT32217. This system is ready to go and won't require drilling, won't limit your turning radius as much as a friction style bar would, and you don't have to mess with chains.

Please note, we don't carry the Camco EZ-Lift. The Camco EZ-Lift is heavily pushed by trailer dealers since they receive incentives to do so. In all honesty, it will do the job but as far as ease of use and performance goes, it's outmatch by most competitors. We receive a lot of customer coming to use to replace it once they have towed with it for some time.
