Picking Out Fifth Wheel Hitch Solution that Fits 2019 GMC Sierra 2500

I’m looking for a 5th wheel hitch for my 2019 gmc 2500hd . It all ready has a curt goose neck hitch on the truck. I was wondering if the curt 16210 mounting plate and 16541 sliding 5th wheel will work together? My goose neck hitch is a double lock Ezra 30k. Thanks

So the Curt EZr and double lock gooseneck hitches take different X5 adapters so we first have to determine which gooseneck you have. X5 adapter # C16220 fits Curt EZr Double-Lock gooseneck hitches. And X5 adapter # C16210 fits Curt Double Lock.

Easiest way to tell which gooseneck hitch you have is by looking at the safety cable loops. If they are about as wide as the gooseneck ball hole and are centered with the ball hole it's an EZr, if the safety chain loops are a smaller and offset then it's a double lock.

Both of these will work with the Curt slider hitch # C16210 you mentioned.
