We do have an option for a tonneau cover that locks at different intervals, but the Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWD77A01 that fits your 2018 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed is not a locking tonneau cover, and can't be stopped at points along your bed.

What I recommend instead is the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-JRD77A01.

Like the Switchblade, this is a manual, retractable tonneau, but it does lock at any point along your Ram's bed, like you were looking for. I have added a link to a video review of this cover for you to check out as well.
