Parts Needed to Install 7 and 4-Way in 2017 Chevrolet Express 3500EXT

I have a flat 6 pin wiring harness under my driver side bumper. Can I use this to put 7/4 pole?

That doesn't look like brake controller wiring. If anything it looks like maybe a harness for power seat functions. To add a 4-way and 7-way to your 2017 Chevy Express van would require first a 4-way like part # 118392 and then to convert to a 4 and 7-way you'd want the part # 37185.
If you need to activate trailer brakes though you'd want the # ETBC7 instead and a brake controller like the Tekonsha part # 90885.
