Will Hardwiring in a Trailer Brake Controller Affect the Cruise Control on a 2011 Mitsubishi Pajero

I have not heard of any issues with the Mitsubishi Pajero (Montero), and the cruise control. You need to make sure that you have that red brake controller wire attached in the right place.
Use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the wires on the brake switch above the brake pedal. You need the wire that shows a signal only when the brake pedal is pressed. If you find a wire that also has a signal with the headlights or running lights it is not the correct wire.
