Fit of Bully Adjustable Ladder Rack # CG-902 on 2011 Chevy Silverado

pick-up has bed liner in place...any issue with that?

According to my contact at Pilot Automotive, the Bully Ladder Rack, part # CG-902 can indeed be installed on a truck with a bed liner. You would need to drill through the bed liner and into the top of the bed rail to attach the ladder rack (assuming that the bed liner covers the top of the bed rail). If you have a tool box in your bed that covers the top of the bed side rail, you might need to move the box rearward a few inches to allow clearance for the rack upright.
